Young and Rising...

After graduating 9 seniors last year, you would think 2019 would be a rebuilding year for the boys volleyball team. Instead, it may prove as a year of growth and victory for a program that is thriving. With the help from coaches Kim Pirisino and Malinda Vasquez, as well as former player MacKenley Lucien, the varsity has started off 3-1 and the jv 2-1 and both teams are looking to make a statement. The varisty team, is being led by its 2 of its 4 returners, Randy Sanchez and Jose Machado, as well as 9 players from last years jv, most notably sophomore setters Andrew Gonzalez and Liam McGinley, sophomore Connor Horan and Juniors Christian Pinero, Matthew Chiriguaya and senior Elijah Hernayz. With the addition of senior libero Isaias Dela Puente, who has not played volleyball since his freshman year while focusing on long distance running scholarships, You may say the team is brand new. Royal Palm Beach, FL- The Falcons boys varsity basketball team edged Palm Beach Lakes High School to win Forest Hill’s first ever district basketball championship by the score of 70-64 in front of a packed gymnasium at Royal Palm Beach High School. Read the full story.

Falcon Awesome Athlete of the Week: Jack Tapia

West Palm Beach, FL- The Falcons Boys varsity soccer team claimed back to back district championships this past week with wins over Jensen Beach (3-1 quarterfinals), Palm Beach Lakes (3-2 semi-finals), and Suncoast (4-1 Championship). Senior forward Jack Tapia was a huge part of the Falcons success during the District Tournament. Jack was menacing force both on offense and defense in the midfield for the Falcons. Tapia finished the tournament with 2 goals and an assist in 3 games. For his outstanding efforts, Jack has been named the Falcon Awesome Athlete of the Week! Read the full story.

Back to Back Champs!

Stuart, FL- The Forest Hill Boys varsity soccer team clinched back to back district titles last night at Martin County High school with a convincing 4-1 victory over the Suncoast Chargers. The Falcons, who won last year's district title over Okeechobee, claim the 2019 title by jumping out to a commanding 4-0 lead after one half of play. The falcons were able to hold the Suncoast attack at bay in the second half thanks in large part to the spectacular keeper play of senior Sean Hemstreet. Read the full story.
